How to Register

As your peers and youth ministers will tell you, DCYC is a fantastically fun opportunity to learn about your faith, grow closer to God, and experience the energy and excitement that is YOU, the young Catholic Church in action! Please join us!

Registration for the Diocesan Catholic Youth Conference (DCYC) - aka: Youth Rally - most often occurs through the parish youth groups; each group has a designated "Diocesan Youth Mininster/Group Leader." The Group Leader completes the registration process for his/her group and assures compliance with diocesan policy. DCYC does not allow for "individual" registration but may register as a family and/or organization. 

If You don't have a group to go with and/or you do not know who to contact at your parish call the Diocesan Youth Office at 806-383-2243 ext.118 or e-mail us

To participate in the DCYC, talk with your parish youth ministry leader, pastor, and/or contact and complete the registration process set forth by the diocese.

Cost: Depends on many factors (transportation, hotel, extra meals etc.) Talk to your parish youth minister/DCYC leader or contact the Diocesan Youth Office

Code of Conduct

The Youth Code of Conduct details the specific expectations of youth during the DCYC  and it is to be reinforced by chaperones. The Code of Conduct will help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Note: All Sponsors and Chaperones have the right to inforce the rules and regulations for the Diocesan Catholic Youth Conference.

Youth Participation

We the Diocese want to include youth in the programming at the DCYC. To do so, we have a DCYC planning committee. Form "i" needed, contact your DCYC group leader.
 

 How can I help?

1. Promoting the DCYC through facebook and other forms of media
2. Paying for a Non-Catholic to attend the Conference (making a donation to youth group)
3. Putting up flyer around town (ask for permission)
4. Service Project/Collection – Can goods and other non-perishable items
5. Set $5 aside - for the collection on Saturday afternoon.
