Training takes approximately 2 hours per session

1. “Effective Skills for Youth Retreat Talks”
2. “Small Group Facilitation Skills”
3. ”Effective Listening Skills”
4. “The Art of Preparing Prayer and Worship”  
5. “Icebreakers, Team Building Activities and Energizers”

Open to anyone that feels the call to serve in your own parish retreat team or Diocesan Youth Ministry retreat team (Covenant Teen). It is also open to all 7^th -12^th grade catechist that would like to learn techniques to help share the Catholic faith with those they serve.
 
Ongoing Trainig is being done through the Catechetical Institute Franciscan University for those helping the Diocesan Youth Office with Deanery retreats.
