Eucharist: Bread for the Journey, a special faith experience in anticipation of Advent, will be offered to all parishioners throughout the Diocese of Amarillo Friday, Nov. 8 through Sunday, Nov. 10.

A crowd estimated at nearly 2,500 filled the Amarillo Civic Center Auditorium Sept. 14 for the Diocesan Year of Faith Celebration.

The Serra Club is a named after the Franciscan Missionary, Junipero Serra, the founder of many of the California Missions. It was founded in 1935 in Seattle by a small group of Catholic laymen who saw the need to foster vocations to religious life, both by recruiting vocations and by supporting those religious in their active careers.
