Parishes Encouraged To Order Extension Calendars

Amarillo—The Development and Stewardship Office of the Diocese of Amarillo is encouraging all diocesan entities and Catholic businesses to purchase religious calendars from the Catholic Church Extension Society for 2012.

“Every year, supporters of the Catholic Church Extension Society Parish Calendar provide funds to mission dioceses in under-resourced and isolated communities all across America,” said Extension president Father Jack Wall. “Catholic Extension provided more than $14 million to America’s Catholic missions last year alone and calendar sales played a big role in this success story.”
